Dividend Policy and Capital Increases
Lider's capital does not include preferred shares. Lider's policy is to distribute all distributable cash/non-cash dividends in line with the articles to all shareholders in the condition that Lider's capital adequacy ratio is above targeted levels in normal local and global macro economic conditions.
After setting aside (i) 5% of net profit to legal reserves and (ii) 5% of paid-in capital as first dividends, the General Assembly is authorized for the resolution of the distribution of the remaining earnings as dividends in full or in part, or setting aside as extraordinary reserves or adding to the paid-in capital through capital increase.
Dividend distribution is explained detail in Article 24 of Lider's Articles of Association, that is also available on this web-site.
